    • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
    • Orders placed before 1pm will be processed on the same business day.

    • We use Sendle & Australia Post for sending all our packages.
    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other external factors.
  1. Shipping Rates:
    • Shipping costs can be viewed here.
    • The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  1. Domestic & International Shipping:
    • We offer both domestic and international shipping through Australia Post. For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  1. Tracking Information:
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number provided by Australia Post or Sendle. You can track the status of your shipment through the Australia Post or Sendle website.
  1. Delivery Timeframes:
    • All parcels are dispatched from Sandy Point, Sydney, NSW 2172. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
  1. Delayed or Lost Shipments:
    • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  1. Address Accuracy:
    • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before finalising your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
  1. Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
    • If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by Australia Post, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received in their original condition.
