I don’t even write reviews, though this one had me definitely wanting to sign up just to write one, hence why this is my first review of nearly anything online.
Purchased this item based on description because gf has an allergic reaction to nickel / fake 925 silver.
Item arrived a week after estimated delivery.
Gf wore Bangle for a day, big rash appeared .
Used chat - to express disappointment, and was told: “ "She must be allergic to the alloy or anti tarnish coating unfortunately "
-which is a description that was not a part of what I purchased. I expressed that, and was met with “I will look at getting that added”. And that “no returns after worn”.
No returns after worn? How would one know if it’s nickel plated if not in the description and you wouldn’t know unless you wear it and receive the allergic reaction?
Poor customer service - not owning up to a product that did not meet their customers satisfaction based on their own product misrepresentation in the description.

Please know that all our pieces are plated, meaning they are made with a base metal and then covered in a layer of 925 sterling silver or other finishes. This is clearly mentioned in our product description to distinguish plated pieces from solid 925 sterling silver, which typically cost a lot much more than $40.
Regarding allergies: unfortunately, some people can be sensitive to certain alloys or coatings. This is out of our control, as each individual’s skin reacts differently. For customers with known metal sensitivities, we recommend choosing solid 925 sterling silver (often plated with rhodium, which is hypoallergenic) to minimize the risk of irritation.
